- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with the returned watch.
- Ship the watch back to us at using a secure and trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the watch, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the full purchase price, minus any shipping costs and a restocking fee.
